The EPTS series of our assortment of telecom shelters are fabricated using quality PUF material and machined as per international standards. These shelters are thermally insulated, impermeable and hermetic which enables them to avoid air, moisture and infiltration of dust into shelter. This helps to efficiently protect telecom equipment from unnecessary damage. We are also capable of fabricating EPTS shelters in varied dimensions, to suit specific requirements of our clients. Construction details of EPTS shelters are:

• Variable thickness PU foam (CFC free) sandwiched between pre-painted GI (PPGI) sheet.
• PU Foam density – 40 +/- kg /m 3, CFC free
• PU Foam thermal conductivity - 0.0215 ~0.030W/m. Deg k
• PU Foam Thickness - 60~80mm (user defined).
• Walls and Ceiling - 0.6 ~1mm pre-painted GI sheets on inner & outer side of the panels.
• Flashing –All internal & external flashing are made up of 0.8~1.6 mm PPGI / Aluminium Sheet.
• Base frame - 120-140microns Hot dip galvanized steel channel frame (bolted).
• Floor - 2mm thick antistatic floor mat with 19mm marine ply board, thermally insulated by PU foam.
• Floor Earthing - by copper foil, 50mm wide, 0.05mm thick, all 4 sides.
• Permissible Floor Loading - User defined (Typical 2 Ton/m2)
